How We Hire
Your employee experience is important to us and that starts from the moment we connect. Here’s what to expect when you apply for a role with us.
1. Initial connection
Once we receive your application – whether that is by a team referral, applying directly, or through our People & Change team– our team will review your application and your profile and if you are shortlisted ask you to do a quick 15 minute phone call with our HR team to learn more about you.
2. Getting to know us
During the initial phone call, you’ll hear more about the role, working at Kallipr and be given an opportunity to discuss what you’re looking for as the next step in your career. If there is a match between the role available, your interests and skill set, you’ll be invited to an interview held in our offices in Brisbane or Sydney, or via video.
3. Getting to know you
In the formal interview stage, you will be interviewed by subject matter experts who will dive deeper into the technical requirements of the role and assess your capabilities. Depending on the level of the role, this may involve multiple interviews to give you a chance to meet more of the team and for us to assess your technical skills in depth.
4. Joining the team
Once we’re confident we’re right for you and you’re right for us, we will make you an offer and move you through the onboarding process – this will include discussing what flexible work arrangements will suit you and your new team, what desk set up you require to do your work at the best of your abilities and any other pre-starting questions you may have.
