Gerhard Loots
Gerhard is recognised as a thought leader in IoT and digitisation after many years of leading and transforming businesses across multiple industries. He excels at bridging the gap between commercial product development and technical understanding, to strategically identify and deliver growth initiatives leveraging digitisation to generate new business value.
Prior to joining Kallipr in 2021, he held the Global Head of IoT position at Telstra, where his team established software product development, acquired new capabilities, established international relevance, won multiple industry awards and drove growth in excess of industry. He also served as a member of the GSMA’s global IoT steering group and as a non-executive director of MTData.
Prior to Telstra, he was the general manager of RODE microphones, where he developed several new products including a now globally leading wireless product range, increased productivity, decreased failures and lead to substantial growth.
Prior to immigrating to Australia, Gerhard was the founder of ATEC- a full FTTH service provider where he was responsible for setting strategy, driving product and customer engagements. He identified adjacent growth opportunities for ATEC in security and spearheaded several new initiatives including Open Access Networks, Dark Fibre and Health.
With a Bachelor of Commerce (Law) and qualifications in network engineering and continuous improvement, he strives to establish and maintain positive tension between seemingly opposing disciplines. From his founder days he remains very passionate about challenging the status quo through innovation and has served as advisory board member to several startups.

Freddie Jansen van Nieuwenhuizen is the Chief Technology Officer of Kallipr, responsible for the overall software enablement and digitisation of the business to ensure convergence of Kallipr products and services. As part of this charter, he drives an integrated technology roadmap that promotes sustainable growth and a vision to incubate new areas of value creation.
Prior to joining Kallipr, Freddie spent 17 years in the telecommunication sector, most recently as the Executive – Commercial and Business Operations for the Product & Technology Group in Telstra.
Freddie has a Bachelor of Electronic & Electrical Engineering, with 30 years of experience in Commercial Program, Product and Software Development and Management spanning various
industries across Asia Pacific, North America, and Africa. He typifies an entrepreneurial spirit who is passionate about technology and innovation with a creative yet pragmatic “let’s fix it” attitude.

As a proven intrapreneur and servant leader, his greatest joy coming from empowering teams to achieve individual and shared objectives.
Prior to joining Kallipr, Stelios spent 8 years in the telecommunications sector, most recently in product leadership roles in Telstra, developing and scaling award winning products across various fields including asset tracking, supply chain visibility and smart spaces.
Stelios has a Bachelor of Commerce & Economics from University of New South Wales, Masters in Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business, and is a Certified Practicing Accountant. spaces.

She has over 20 years working within HR, having worked both in the public and private sectors across small start-ups to large multi nationals.
She’s studied with Harvard Business School in Boston, completing their HR Executive Suite Connection, and the University of Cambridge’s People Analytics: Transforming HR Strategy with Data Science. She has a passion for EX and people analytics and was listed in the Top 45 People Analytics Experts You Must Follow globally in 2022 by LeadersHum.
She has won awards for her work in Diversity and Inclusion and has led organisations to achieve Employer of Choice and Great Place To Work status and accreditation.

Jason brings more than 25 years of technology leadership, software architecture, and software development experience to Kallipr. He leads our software engineering team and is an active member of our leadership team.
His experience with US Defense IoT solutions puts him in an extraordinary position to see what’s coming down the track and most importantly, to share what is possible.
Jason has led the design and implementation of IoT platforms and solutions used in a wide range of organisations, including the US Department of Defense, US Joint Forces, US Department of Energy, US Space and Naval Warfare Command, Symbol, Trane, Intel, Associated Press, and Logitech. These solutions ranged from worldwide industrial equipment monitoring to state of the art, sophisticated, real-time tracking systems for US and allied combat exercises.

Kim Williams is the Director of Marketing at Kallipr and responsible for the development and growth of the Kallipr brand through integrated marketing campaigns in conjunction with our sales team.
With over 15 years experience as a senior marketing and communications professional, and having worked in both the public and private sectors across start-ups and large multi-national companies, Kim brings with her a wealth of knowledge in developing, nurturing and rapidly growing brands.
Having worked in digital marketing from its early inception, Kim has a love for using data and insights to develop creative marketing campaigns that utilise digital channels.
Her campaign work has seen her recognised by some of the biggest media and advertising awards – including a Media Federation Award and BEFest Gold Award, and she has led businesses to achieve Retailer of the Year and Best Retail Outlet.

Prior to joining Kallipr, Jakub spent 10 years in the design of high-tech electronics including ultra-precise laser measurement devices and EV chargers, most recently leading the control electronics development at Tritium.

Lourens Geldenhuys
Lourens is Head of Systems Engineering, responsible for the quality and scaling of Kallipr's production systems and processes. He works with Engineering, Manufacturing, Product, Supply Chain, and Support to create the alignment that underpins the reliable production of Kallipr's products at scale.
Prior to joining Kallipr, Lourens spent 15 years in IoT in a variety of R&D, Product Management, and Manufacturing roles, both inhouse and as a consultant.
Lourens has a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering, with 25 years of experience in design and manufacturing. He has worked with start-ups and scaleups in Africa, China, and Australia, spanning various industries ranging from automotive, mining, rail, agriculture, and utilities.
