How I&I monitoring works

I&I has many sources, and you can’t fix what you can’t see. Continuous monitoring shows what is entering your network, when it happens and how it behaves during storms or dry periods. Detect surcharging, slow infiltration, illegal inflow and abnormal spikes before they hit your treatment plant, budget or community.

1. Install the hardware

Deploy a Captis data logger with a radar, pressure or level sensor, or use Spectra, our integrated radar, in sewer pits, manholes or monitoring points across your catchments.

2. Data is transmitted

Each device sends level, velocity or pressure changes over CAT M1 or NB IoT, using internal or external antennas to stay connected in the toughest spots.

3. See alerts & trends

Track wet weather inflow, dry weather infiltration, surcharging, unauthorised inflow and problem areas in Kallipr Kloud, or feed the data into your existing SCADA or analytics platform.
